If your Hammies don't fit like you expect or you're not completely stoked on them, you can exchange them for a different size/color or return them for a refund 👍

If you are located in the US, we will cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges! 🇺🇸

To exchange:

  1. Place a new order for your replacement product(s).
  2. Request a return authorization by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing us at support@hammies.com.
  3. If you are located in the US, we will email you a return shipping label and return authorization number. If you are located outside of the US, we will email you a return authorization number.
  4. Write the return authorization number clearly and visibly on the package before shipping the original product(s) back to us. 
  5. When we receive your returned product(s), we will refund your original order.

To return:
