El short Hammies es un short clásico para una nueva generación. Este estilo se popularizó en los 70 en el sur de California y durante una década fue el básico de skaters, surfistas, patinadores, monitores de campamento, Tom Selleck y muchos más. A mediados de los 80, los shorts se alargaron y los pantalones se hicieron más holgados, y durante las tres décadas siguientes, los shorts cayeron en el olvido (un período también conocido como la Edad Oscura de los Shorts ). These are nice shorts -- very soft corduroy, beautiful white color, and I love the shorter inseam. It's good for showing off a little leg. That said, they fit loose and I recommend you size down from your normal. I am 6 ft. 1 in. tall, weigh 215 lbs., and normally wear a size 38 or 36 waist. Size 38 was too loose fitting, and size 36 was better but not ideal. Sadly, I removed the tags before I realized the shorts slipped down off my waist whenever I put things like keys, wallet, and phone in the pockets. And because these shorts do not have loops, you can't use a belt. I give the shorts 4-stars instead of 5 because the company's return policy is restrictive and you won't know the shorts fall down until you wear them around town.

I have been a customer for several years now. I have the bell bottoms and shorts in all different colors. It’s almost inevitable that I get asked by folks where i got my shorts from. I know it’s the colors and short length that always gets the attention.
Flexible waist band, perfect for those who got a big caboose. Can be worn right below the belly button for those who want more leg revealing or at the waist for a more comfortable fit. Attention grabbing for sure.
